YOGABODY is the home of good yoga in Nenagh, with classes held at Nenagh Swimming Pool and Leisure Centre. It offers a modern approach to classic yoga: powerful 60-minute classes on weekday evenings and weekend mornings and afternoons, with options for both yoga as exercise and yoga as relaxation.

The studio is deliberately down to earth, with no chanting, incense or gurus, and welcomes working professionals, students, busy parents and people of all ages and abilities. Classes are bookable online, and private one-to-one sessions, small group sessions and corporate events are also available. Members can practise at home with the studio's YouTube channel.
