Zen Space Yoga

Zen Space Yoga is the yoga studio at Zen Space Wellness Studios in Oviedo, Florida, built as a welcoming space for all bodies to move, breathe and learn. It offers a wide variety of classes with different teachers for both newcomers and experienced practitioners, with an emphasis on community and intention.

Beyond the mat, the studio hosts a wellness collective of independent practitioners offering massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, facials, waxing, reiki and head spa, plus a Vitality Booth combining red light, halo salt and oxygen therapy. Memberships range from class packs to unlimited yoga with wellness add-ons, and new students can start with a two-week intro pass.
