135 KAMPSPORT

135 Kampsport is a martial arts club in Tyresö offering training in taekwondo, kickboxing and boxing for children, young people and adults. The club was founded in 2006 and provides instruction in Taekwon-Do ITF for practitioners from the age of 6 upwards, divided into categories for juniors, seniors, beginners and advanced students. Kickboxing is open from age 12 and boxing from age 13.

Training is led by instructors with high-level competitive credentials – the club has produced practitioners who have won Swedish Championship and World Championship gold medals. Founder Orlando Roudette, 3 Dan, runs the operation with a focus on technique, physical fitness and values such as respect and focus. The association was re-established under the name 135 Kampsport in 2021 and is affiliated with Fritidskortet for children between the ages of 8 and 16.
