Bamsegympa Vasastan

Bamsegympa is run by Stockholms Barnidrottsförening and offers movement training for children in Vasastan and on Kungsholmen. The activities cover several disciplines: Bamsegympa & Idrottsskolan combines children's gymnastics with coordination circuits and elements from various sports, Parkour & Freerunning is practised both indoors (Sep–Apr) and outdoors when the weather permits, and Alla Kan Gympa is aimed at children with disabilities at Stadshagshallen.

Groups are small and led by trained instructors. Bamsegympa is offered with or without a parent in the room, making it flexible for different ages and needs. The association also organises Stockholm Sports Camp – a summer camp featuring sports such as tennis, dance, handball and parkour – as well as children's parties and parkour camps with themes such as back somersaults and Wallflip.

Suitable if you have children of pre-school or primary school age and are looking for structured yet playful movement training with a clear focus on motor skills, coordination and self-confidence. A free trial class is available for both gymnastics and parkour.
