Barndans

Stockholms Barndansskola is a dance school focused on children and young people, with activities at two locations in Stockholm – in Gröndal and on Södermalm. The school was founded by Caroline and Marina, who together have built an environment characterised by personal contact and dedication to each pupil.

Classes are led by well-trained teachers with broad experience in both performing arts and dance education. Among the teachers are Johanna Mork, trained at Kungliga Svenska Balettskolan and awarded the Carina Aris stipendium, and Ellen Johansson, who holds a bachelor's degree from London Contemporary Dance School. Courses are aimed at ages from one year and upwards, including courses for the very youngest accompanied by an adult.

The school's course offering covers a wide range of dance styles, including balett, barndans, minijazz, jazzshow, streetdance and showgrupp. Courses are offered on weekdays and Saturdays in term-length formats. Registration and course selection are handled directly through the school's website.
