SLVK Beachhouse

Beachhouse by SLVK is a fitness club located in Smedslätten in Bromma, operated under the SLVK brand. The facility offers a wide range of group fitness classes with a focus on strength, conditioning and mobility, and is aimed at members looking for a well-considered and well-equipped training environment with personal service.

Memberships are tailored to different lifestyles and habits. In addition to the standard membership, there are time-based options for those who prefer to train during the day or in the evening, as well as a senior-adapted alternative. The premium membership Resident includes, among other things, personal training wear, a laundry service and a towel service. All memberships include a body assessment and an introductory session with a personal trainer, enabling a tailored training programme.

The offering includes, among other things, heart rate-based interval classes called Teambeats, yoga in various forms and mobility. The yoga classes are held in a dedicated room on the lower floor with space for approximately 20 participants, and during the warmer parts of the year outdoor classes are offered on the veranda or beach. Schedule booking is done via a dedicated app linked to the Technogym platform mywellness, where members also gain access to hundreds of training programmes.
