Björknäs Sjukgymnastik

Björknäs Sjukgymnastik is a physiotherapy clinic located at Klintvägen 3 in Saltsjö-Boo, offering professional assessment and treatment carried out by a team of five registered physiotherapists. No referral is required, and the clinic is connected to the region, meaning the patient fee is 275 kronor with the option to use a high-cost protection card (frikort). Children and young people up to the age of 18 and seniors over the age of 85 are treated free of charge.

The team has broad expertise across several specialist areas, including orthopaedic manual therapy (OMT2), the McKenzie method, acupuncture, sports medicine, medical laser therapy and psychosomatic physiotherapy. Three of the physiotherapists work primarily with musculoskeletal complaints, while one colleague focuses on mental health and stress-related conditions. All have extensive professional experience and have completed comprehensive further training.

The clinic is open Monday to Friday and has a dedicated telephone hour every weekday from 12.00 to 12.30. There is also an exercise room on site. Please note that a missed appointment or a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time incurs a fee of 400 kronor, regardless of a high-cost protection card. Valid identification is required at appointments.
