Budokwai Stockholm

Budokwai Stockholm Karate-Do is a karate association in Saltsjö-Boo that teaches Wado-ryu, one of the classical Japanese karate styles. Training covers fundamental techniques, kata, kihon kumite, and the philosophical and technical principles that form the foundation of the style — including movement concepts such as taisabaki, irimi and nagasu.
