Club Active

Club Active is a smaller fitness centre located at Sågvägen 4 in Åkersberga, operating since 2013. The gym is aimed particularly at people who feel uncertain in traditional training facilities and offers a well-structured range of machines and technical solutions that make it easy to get started with exercise in a reassuring way.

The core of the training offering is Milon, a digital circuit training system that automatically keeps track of each member's settings and weights, and guides the person between the machines. In addition, there is Power Plate vibration training, SensoPRO Luna for balance and coordination, and InBody scanning that measures body composition. For those who want support beyond the machine room, personal training in small groups is available, along with structured programmes such as an 8-week programme for beginners and a weight loss programme with individual or group-based coaching.

Reception opening hours are weekdays 10:00–12:00 and 15:00–17:00, but members have access to the facility every day between 05.00 and 23.00. The centre can be reached on foot from Åkersberga town centre and station in approximately seven minutes, and parking is available directly at the building.
