Coach Dan Gymnastics Academy

Coach Dan Gymnastics Academy in Haninge offers online courses in gymnastics, acrobatics and strength training, developed by Daniel Sundell – one of Sweden's most accomplished gymnastics instructors. The course range spans from technical skills such as Iron Cross on rings and Roundoff Back Handspring to a Pilates Ball Core Program for deeper core strength.

Behind the academy is Daniel Sundell, who has worked full-time as a coach since 2006. He taught acrobatics, strength and flexibility at Stockholms cirkushögskola and served as head coach of the Swedish junior national team from 2010 to 2012. The courses are in English and are built on proven progressions from competitive gymnastics – the same methodology that has guided students to European Championships, World Championships and the Youth Olympics.
