Concrete BJJ

Concrete BJJ is a martial arts club in Tyresö offering training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling. The club caters to people in southern Stockholm and welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners. The instructors have extensive backgrounds in their respective disciplines and compete actively, giving members access to high-level coaching.

The club covers a wide age range. The youngest members can start training from the age of five in specially adapted classes, while the junior group accepts children from the age of seven. The adult group trains together and includes both women and men. A particularly welcoming detail is that new female members in the adult group train free of charge during their first term.

Those who want to try the sport may attend up to four classes without needing to register. All that is required for a trial class is a t-shirt and training trousers or shorts without zips or pockets. Registration and administration are handled via SportAdmin, and the website contains information about the training schedule, prices and instructors. The club is affiliated with BJJ Sweden and is organised as a non-profit association.
