CrossFit Boxen Vallentuna

CrossFit Boxen Vallentuna is a dedicated CrossFit box in Vallentuna, north of Stockholm, located at Fågelsångsvägen 11.

The training offering centres on CrossFit sessions featuring functional movements, strength and conditioning, and is complemented by Bootcamp – a six-week programme consisting of twelve sessions in groups of up to twelve participants, with a focus on technique, strength and conditioning.

In addition, corporate training and team training with a prehab focus ahead of the start of the season are available. Sessions are held in a well-equipped facility and are led by coaches; the group format means that training takes place together rather than independently. Each CrossFit session is unique in its content, and all exercises can be scaled to the individual's level.

Bootcamp is highlighted as a natural entry point for anyone who has never tried CrossFit before. The facility is open to members seven days a week between 05.30 and 21.30.
