Djursholm Yoga

Djursholm Yoga is a small yoga operation in Danderyd that offers tailored classes in very small groups. Teaching is adapted to the participants' own needs and preferences, resulting in a more personal approach than larger studios can typically provide.

At present, all group places are filled and no new participants are being accepted – the operation runs exclusively in closed groups. For those who still wish to access yoga instruction, the studio name can also be found on YouTube, with classes suited to home practice or spontaneous sessions without a pre-booked schedule.

Suits those who are already familiar with Djursholm Yoga and are looking for a private, flexible yoga format – or who are curious about online formats and would like to explore the studio's YouTube channel as a first step.
