Fenrir Jiu-Jitsu

Fenrir Jiu-Jitsu is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu club in Värmdö offering training for adults, young people and children within a close-knit community. Adult training runs as BJJ Gi sessions three times a week — Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays — while the children's group trains Thai boxing on Wednesdays and BJJ Gi on Fridays, both starting at 17:30.

The atmosphere is team-based and instructor-led, with a focus on technique, self-defence and mental resilience rather than competitive performance. The team behind the club consists of Hans Marnell, Jan Dluzewski and Andreas Koliopanos, and the club is run with a clear focus on long-term development — both physical and mental.

Suitable for those who want to learn Brazilian jiu-jitsu from scratch, or who are looking for a welcoming club outside central Stockholm where children and adults train under the same roof.
