FLEX Dansskola AB

FLEX Dansskola is a family business with over 25 years of activity in the Vallentuna area. The school is based in its own premises in Fågelsången Bällstaberg, with two dance studios, as well as in municipal premises in Täby and Vallentuna. The teaching staff consists of pedagogically trained instructors with broad experience across a range of dance styles.

The course offering is aimed at children, young people and adults, and covers children's dance, show jazz, disco, street, hip hop, contemporary dance, acrobatics and ballet. For those who wish to pursue dance more seriously, a dance programme, specialist group, competitive dance and the option of private tuition are available. The school also organises dance camps, bootcamps and workshops during the summer, open to pupils from all dance schools.

A family discount of ten per cent applies from the second enrolled course. FLEX also has an associated club for competitive activities and has produced successful competitive dancers, including the 2025 world champion in disco dance solo adults. The school accepts new pupils every term and offers trial class opportunities for those who wish to try out the activities before enrolling.
