Flex Fitness Telestaden

Flex Fitness is an established gym chain that has been operating in southern Stockholm for over 30 years. The chain runs two facilities — one in Farsta Strand and one in Tyresö — and offers a wide range of training options under a single membership.

The facilities include well-equipped gym floors with free weights areas, functional training zones, group fitness classes and spinning (at Tyresö). The Farsta Strand gym also has the largest outdoor gym in Söderort. Both facilities are reference gyms for the equipment brands Watson and Hammer Strength. Membership includes a complimentary health analysis using InBody technology (valued at 750 kr per session), a solarium, a coffee lounge, and access to workshops and seminars on nutrition and training. Farsta Strand also offers a children's room.

Flex Fitness caters to a broad range of members, including seniors and children and young people. Newcomers are welcomed with a free trial week and a complimentary gym introduction. Flex Fitness Exclusive Farsta Strand has been nominated for Club of the Year 2023 and 2025, and the Tyresö facility was nominated for the same award in 2024. Classes are booked via GymControl.
