Gymnastikförbundet Öst

Gymnastikförbundet Öst is the regional district association within the Swedish Gymnastics Federation, covering the Stockholm region. The organisation serves as a support and coordinating body for a large number of local gymnastics clubs, offering training courses, competitions and meeting places for both active gymnasts and coaches.

The activities span several disciplines, including trampolining, rhythmic gymnastics, aerobics and para gymnastics.
