Hammarby Boxning Södermalm

Hammarby IF Boxning is a member-run boxing club on Södermalm in Stockholm, with a training facility at Kocksgatan 24 and a branch in Skarpnäck. The club offers boxing sessions for all levels, from the beginner course Fit4Fight to competitive boxing for seniors and juniors. Diplomboxning is aimed at practitioners between 10 and 15 years of age, while older members may compete under the rules for those aged 15 and above. Personal training is also available to book, as well as events such as stag and hen parties.

The atmosphere is club-oriented and rooted in association life – this is not a commercial gym but a sports association with a long history, its own statutes, an elected board, and an active competitive team that regularly represents Hammarby IF in Swedish cups and international matches. The association has produced Swedish champions and runs a Hall of Fame, reflecting the serious competitive outlook.
