Haninge Dansstudio

Haninge Dansstudio is one of the largest dance schools in Södertörn and has been offering dance tuition since January 2001. The school was founded by Berit Welin and Suzanne Williams, both of whom had extensive experience in education and movement. What began as a small project with around 50 children and 5 teachers has grown into an established dance school with its own premises on Hantverkarvägen in Handen, with hundreds of pupils and a large team of teachers.

The school's programme is aimed primarily at children and young people but welcomes all ages and experience levels. The goal is to give pupils joy in movement, rhythm and music, whether they are dancing for the first time or already have experience. The teaching team consists of a number of instructors and assistants with varied backgrounds and specialisations.

The premises are located behind Handens Bussgarage and are easily accessible in Handen, south of Stockholm. The school also puts on performances and has a dedicated dance track for those who wish to develop further. Enrolment takes place via the school's website at the start of each term.
