TMOK - Harbrostugan

TMOK, Tumba Motionsklubb för Orientering och Kondition, is an orienteering club based in Tumba, south of Stockholm. The club's gathering point is Harbrostugan and it runs activities for both young people and adults, with training sessions and competitions organised regularly throughout the season.

The club takes an active part in both local and national competitions, including sprint events, relay races and the classic 10-mila. The youth programme is well developed, with dedicated training groups and participation in the youth series. In addition to traditional orienteering, TMOK also offers orienteering biathlon as part of its range of activities.

Members can book Harbrostugan for various activities, and the club organises its own competitions through its event-organising groups. A newsletter in the form of TriangelTajm is published on a regular basis, keeping members up to date on results and upcoming events.
