High Five Taekwondo

High Five Taekwondo is a non-profit taekwondo club in Sundbyberg, based at Aktivitetshuset Milot in Ursvik. Training covers technique, strength, coordination and flexibility, and there are groups tailored to different ages — from minikids (4–6 years) to children aged 7–11 and juniors/adults from 13 years. The grading system follows poomsae requirements, and the club organises regular grading sessions as well as taking part in competitions.

The atmosphere is inclusive and community-driven, with a focus on balancing training with the rest of life. Instructors continuously update their knowledge in training and pedagogy. What sets High Five apart is its clear set of values around equality and respect regardless of background or gender, combined with an active competition team that represents the club at national and international cups.
