Hitio Gym Tyresö

Hitio Gym in Tyresö is an all-round gym with a broad focus on fitness and martial arts, located at Skogsängsvägen 54F. In addition to open gym training, the facility offers a wide timetable of group classes: Kickboxing (Thai-influenced), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Fitness Boxing, Cross Training, Medical Yoga (Kundalini), Tiger (for children aged 5–7), and Family Class where children and parents train together.
