Iform Tungelsta

Iform Tungelsta is a local fitness centre in Tungelsta, south of Stockholm, founded by Samuel Ahlback, who also runs the sister facility iForm Västerhaninge. The centre offers gym training with access to equipment around the clock, scheduled group fitness classes, and complementary treatments such as classic massage and a combination treatment of acupuncture and massage.

The atmosphere is deliberately familiar and personal – the centre caters to the everyday exerciser rather than the competitive elite, and the guiding principles of community, enjoyment of training, and results shape the operation. As additional support, InBody measurement, wellnescore, and an individual health and training plan are offered, providing more structure than a straightforward gym membership. Reception is staffed during set hours for questions and guided tours, although the premises are open every day 05–23.
