ITSYOURGYM Stockholm is a private gym in Hägersten offering a unique concept: when you book a session, you have the entire facility to yourself. This means no queues, no crowds, and full concentration on your workout without any distractions.

The gym is designed with inclusion in mind and suits a wide range of visitors. Families are welcome, with a children's play area, heated bathrooms with underfloor heating, a bidet, child-friendly toilets, and a baby changing table. For those who for religious reasons prefer not to change in front of others, or who simply want to train undisturbed, the concept provides a safe and accommodating environment. Virtual training programmes are available directly on site, and healthy frozen lunches can be purchased there.

Memberships are flexible and come in four options: Single (499 kr/month), Double (599 kr/month), Triple (749 kr/month), and Family (999 kr/month for 3–4 family members). Annual memberships offer up to 10 per cent discount. It is also possible to book individual sessions without a subscription. The gym additionally offers counselling and stress management through an independent therapist specialising in mental wellbeing in relation to diet and exercise.
