Mix Do Budo Järfälla

Mix Do Budo i Järfälla is a martial arts club with a dojo in Jakobsberg, offering training in the Swedish multi-discipline martial art Mix Do Budo — a modern discipline that combines strikes, kicks, throws, takedowns, ground fighting and locks. The training draws techniques from MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Judo, Krav Maga, Thai boxing, kickboxing and full-contact karate. Separate classes are available for children and adults, and a belt system provides milestones along the way.

The atmosphere is described as close-knit, with a stated focus on respect, humility and personal development alongside the physical training. Fitness, mobility, speed and strength are prioritised over static technique drilling. The sport was founded in 2013 by Grandmaster Hamid Fazeli, who has 35 years of experience in martial arts, and the club is a member of The International Mix Do Budo Association.
