Karateklubb Elit

Karateklubb Elit on Lidingö is a martial arts club offering training for the whole family, from five-year-olds to adults. The programme covers karate in several groups organised by age and level, Thai boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), and morning and lunchtime sessions with the classes Cirkelfys and Fightbox. In addition, personal training and access to a fully equipped gym with free weights, cable machine and treadmill are available.

The dojo is located at Larsbergsvägen 7 and is characterised by a structured yet inclusive environment — training takes place in instructor-led groups and no prior experience is required. The Thai boxing classes are led by Laziz, who has a long competitive background in the sport, while the BJJ sessions are held by Erik, a black belt and Swedish champion in the discipline.

Suitable for those who want a broad range of martial arts under one roof, or for parents looking for a serious yet welcoming club for children from the age of five and upwards.
