Karateklubben Yorokobi Wadoryu

Karateklubben Yorokobi Wadoryu is a karate club in Liljeholmen, Stockholm, with training also held in Hägersten. The style is Wadoryu – one of the classical Japanese karate styles, emphasising technique, flow and tradition. Training is structured into level groups based on belt grade: Beginners, Red-White with parents, Red-Yellow-White, Yellow-Orange-White, Orange-Blue-White and Blue-Black. In addition, there are separate classes in Kata and Kumite, as well as extra training for intermediate levels.

Training takes place at Liljeholmshallen and Västertorpshallen, with instructor-led group sessions. The atmosphere is shaped by a sense of community, with children, young people and adults training side by side. A distinctive feature is the club's inclusive profile – it has a dedicated group called Lilla Gruppen, aimed at children and young people with disabilities or a need for additional support.
