KRAFT Kampsport

KRAFT Kampsport in Farsta, Stockholm, offers a wide range of martial arts for all levels and ages under one roof. The disciplines include MMA, Thai boxing, grappling and the studio's own concept KRAFT(full), along with children's training, youth training and PT or training in smaller groups.

Corporate training and wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) arrangements are also available. With over 30 classes per week, six training areas — two mats, a cage, a gym, a bag area and an outdoor quay — and eleven instructors, there is plenty of space and variety.

The atmosphere is inclusive and straightforward: professional fighters train side by side with recreational athletes, young people and children. The studio was founded by UFC veteran Nico Musoke, which leaves a clear mark on the technical depth of the instruction, particularly within MMA. Trial classes must always be booked in advance by email.
