Kyokushinkai Jotso If

Kyokushinkai Jotso IF is a karate dojo in Järfälla that trains kyokushin – a full-contact style with roots in Japan and over ten million practitioners worldwide. Training covers basic techniques, kata and kumite with full contact, and the club follows the structured grading system from white belt upwards.

The dojo also serves as the main club for Kyokushinkai Tezuka Group Scandinavia, which means connections to both the European and international Tezuka Group network. The atmosphere is characterised by discipline and regular instructor-led group training, with a clear focus on technique, fitness and mental endurance.
