Lidingö Gymnastikskola is located in Herserud on Lidingö and offers gymnastics courses for children from an early age up to the teenage years. The range of courses spans from Pyttegymnastik (10–24 months) and Rytmikgymnastik (22–33 months) to Mikrogymnastik, Minigymnastik, Motorik mot gymnastik, Gymnastik grundträning, Gymnastik Speed and Gymnastik avancerad – with courses for both beginners and children with prior experience. In addition to the children's programme, there is also Föräldrargymnastik, personal training and camps.

Teaching takes place in small groups so that each child receives individual attention and support in their motor development. The philosophy is built on the idea that movement should be enjoyable and that gymnastics training strengthens concentration, coordination and self-confidence. The school has its own gymnastics halls and also works in partnership with M3 gym. The autumn term 2025 offers over 70 groups with places for more than 900 children on Lidingö and Gärdet.

Suitable for families with children from infancy up to around 14 years of age who are looking for structured and educational sports instruction in a safe environment close to home.
