Liljeholmen BJJ

Liljeholmen BJJ & MMA is a martial arts club in Hägersten, Stockholm, offering training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA for both children and adults. The timetable includes classes such as BJJ (Gi), NoGi, Advanced NoGi and Open mat, as well as separate kids classes divided by age group.

The club is run as a non-profit association and has a clear competition focus – members regularly take part in competitions through the Swedish BJJ federation and internationally. Activities are term-based with fixed schedules, and seminars with international guest instructors are arranged on a recurring basis throughout the year. The premises are located at Kristallvägen 9 in the Solberga part of Hägersten.
