Marikas by Danshuset is an established dance school in Stockholm with more than 30 years of history. The business now operates in collaboration with Danshuset and offers courses for the whole family, from two-year-olds to seniors. The studio premises are equipped with dance mirrors, ballet barres and a dance floor, and three separate rooms are available for hire.

The course offering covers a wide range of styles and age groups. For children and young people there is ballet, hip-hop, jazz and jazz funk, as well as more intensive dance programmes for those who want to focus on technique and stage performances. Adults can choose between hip-hop, streetdance, jazz and feminine vibe, and there are also dedicated groups for those aged 30 and 60 and above respectively. Meditative dance is also included in the programme.

In addition to regular dance courses, the studio offers studio hire for purposes such as rehearsals, auditions and photo shoots, as well as tailored events including hen parties, stag parties and children's birthday parties with a dance theme. Course registration takes place via the website and there is the option to try a class before committing to a full term. Reception is open Monday to Thursday from 15:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays during term time.
