MittGym in Hägersten is located at Telefonplan and offers a wide range of training under one roof. The gym has dedicated areas for cardio, machine-based strength training and free weights, and regular group fitness classes are held in the studio. Personal training is included as part of the membership through a PT intro session.

The premises are divided into clearly defined zones and have a limited number of members, which keeps the gym from getting crowded and creates a pleasant atmosphere. Opening hours are 05.00–23.00 every day, and entry is handled via the GoActive app without a key card.
