Mix Do Budo Sollentuna

Mix Do Budo is a martial arts club in Sollentuna with additional facilities in Järfälla and Solna, offering training in the independently developed sport Mix Do Budo — a well-rounded martial art combining boxing, kickboxing, MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), throws, takedowns and ground fighting.

Training covers standing technique, wrestling and ground work within a single system, with elements drawn from Krav Maga and full-contact karate. Classes are available for both children and adults, with a focus on mobility, fitness, speed and strength rather than static exercises.

The atmosphere is described as family-oriented, and the belt system is used as a motivational tool with clear milestones — something that is particularly appreciated by younger practitioners.

The sport was founded in 2013 by Grandmaster Hamid Fazeli, who has over 35 years of experience in martial arts, and combines traditional philosophical thinking with modern and practical combat technique. The competition format Cage Arena Fight Competition is open to all styles and includes standing combat, throws and ground fighting.
