MUDO Academy Värmdö

MUDO Academy is a martial arts school with roots going back to 1975, founded around Grandmaster Jipyo Lim's teaching philosophy in taekwondo. The business has grown to include several training facilities, among them MUDO Odenplan at Norrtullsgatan in Stockholm and MUDO Sickla in Nacka. The registered name is MUDO AB and the venues are open to everyone from the very youngest to adult practitioners.

Training is open to all from the age of three, and no prior experience or particular physical ability is required. In addition to regular taekwondo classes, birthday parties, corporate training and senior training are offered, meaning the business covers a broad range of groups. A free trial class can be booked directly through the website.

Memberships are divided into a course-based option for children and young people with a fixed training day, and ongoing quarterly memberships at the Bronze, Silver and Gold levels with a varying number of classes per period. New members pay a one-off registration fee that includes a training suit, belt, water bottle and gym bag. Booking and schedule management are handled through the Zoezi system.
