Orisa Fitness

Orisa Fitness is a personal training concept in Stockholm, run by Kwame Mbussa – a certified boxing coach, SBF-trained personal trainer and licensed mental coach with more than 15 years of experience in boxing. The business operates from two locations: AIF Boxning in Vasastan and LÖPARBOXEN Fitness Center on Södermalm, offering private sessions as well as training in small groups of two to four people.

The training combines boxing fundamentals, footwork, movement training and functional strength training using the body as a tool – without gym equipment or trendy concepts. Kwame also has a deep background in Capoeira since 1991 and is a registered Contra Mestre, which shapes his approach to integrating body control, balance and rhythm into every session. As a mental coach, he also works with focus and mental discipline as a natural part of the training.

The formats include 1-1 personal training, small group training for friends or colleagues, and high-intensity boxing conditioning sessions. Prices for individual sessions start at 680 SEK for 1-1 and 950 SEK in total for a group, with discounted packages of five or ten sessions. Booking is done via message or email by arrangement.
