Östermalms Hapkido Taekwondo

Östermalms Hapkido Taekwondo is a martial arts club with a long history in Stockholm, offering training in taekwondo, hapkido, self-defence and MMA. The club is led by Maestro Chago Rodriguez Segura and caters to all ages, from children around four years old to adults at an advanced level. The club is described as one of the historically most successful martial arts clubs in the country.

Training is divided into separate groups by age and experience level. Children from four to nine years old have their own sessions, and there are continuation groups for older children with a competition focus. For young people and adults, evening sessions are offered in taekwondo, hapkido, as well as a dedicated stretching and flexibility session. The timetable is spread across weekdays with several training sessions per week.

The club is based in a premises that can also be hired out for other purposes. Those interested can attend a trial class before choosing to become members, and registration is done via a form on the website. Communication is in Swedish and the club is active on both Facebook and Instagram.
