Pampas Kajak & SUP

Pampas Kajak & SUP is one of Lek Mer's two facilities in Stockholm, located at Pampas Marina in Solna with direct access to Lake Mälaren. Kayak and SUP rental is available for those who want to head out independently, alongside a broad range of courses: trial kayak class, Beginner kayak course (both evening course and full day), Intermediate kayak course, Advanced paddling, Kayak rescue course and Roll course. In addition to courses, there are guided tours, Thursday paddling and SUP in a group for those who prefer to paddle with company.

The atmosphere is relaxed and practical – the focus is on getting out on the water rather than on performance. The courses are led by knowledgeable staff with safety as a clear priority, and the operation is run by Emil Gyllenberg, an outdoor enthusiast with extensive experience in paddling. The location at Pampas Marina provides good water conditions and straightforward logistics for both beginners and those looking to develop their technique.
