Royal gym & spa

Royal Gym & Spa is an exclusive fitness and wellness centre located in Älvsjö, situated adjacent to Best Western Royal Star Hotel at Mässvägen 1. The facility covers approximately 200 square metres and combines gym training with spa services under one roof. Membership is deliberately limited to a maximum of 100 people in order to ensure good access to equipment and a calm atmosphere.

The gym section is equipped with cardio machines, free weights and functional training machines. In addition, there is access to a sauna, spa treatments and products from Kerstin Florian. Personal training is offered by a PT with more than 30 years of experience, and there is also the option to share a PT with others through the concept TEAM. The facility has two experienced massage therapists on site.

Memberships are annual in nature and are structured without a fixed-term commitment. The more comprehensive package includes daily hotel breakfast with fresh ingredients, towels, private lockers, free parking and discounts on spa treatments. The facility is aimed at those seeking a complete training and recovery option with a high level of service in southern Stockholm.
