S13 Gym Recovery

S13 Gym is a smaller, personal gym in Åkersberga aimed at those who want something more than an anonymous training facility. The offering focuses on strength training and cardio with equipment from Technogym, and personal training is provided by certified PTs with backgrounds in physiotherapy and coaching.

The premises have been planned in detail with the ambition of creating the feel of a private club — complete with a coffee lounge where members can wind down after their session. Round-the-clock access applies to all members, while personal service is available during set hours on weekdays and Saturday. The gym is run by Lasse Eriksson and Hanna Fjällstedt, both local residents of Österåker, which sets the tone for the familiar atmosphere that runs throughout the business.
