Seven Fightgym

Seven Fightgym is a martial arts club in Kvarntorp, Handen, specialising in Thai boxing for all ages and levels. Training is offered in adult groups at all levels, from complete beginners to competitive practitioners, as well as in separate children's and junior groups divided by age: 5–6 years, 7–8 years and 9–12 years.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with a focus on making training enjoyable rather than performance-driven. Instructors are described by members as competent and professional, and there is clearly room for both those who want to exercise for fitness and those aiming to compete. What sets the gym apart is its very low barrier to entry — no pre-registration is required, training takes place barefoot, and new visitors can always try five consecutive sessions free of charge before making a decision.
