Sportgarden

Sportgarden in Vällingby is a martial arts centre offering training for the whole family, from the youngest children to seniors. The programme includes judo, ju-jutsu, boxing, kickboxing, and the in-house formats Kick&Box, Goshindo and KampsportsMix — something for anyone who wants to try a broad mix of martial arts under one roof.

The premises are described as bright and spacious, and the atmosphere is highlighted as welcoming and inclusive. One of the most distinctive features is the gender balance: over half of the members are women, which is unusual in the martial arts world. The head coach is said to be of world-class level in their discipline.

Suited to those looking for structured martial arts training in a welcoming environment, whether you are a beginner, a parent seeking an activity for your children, or an adult wanting to get started with boxing or judo.
