Sport o Fitness

Sport & Fitness is a large fitness centre located in Bredden in Upplands Väsby. The facility covers 3,000 square metres and offers a wide range of training equipment, including free weights, machines, cardio equipment and a CrossFit rig. The centre is a Nordic reference facility for the Italian equipment brand Panatta, meaning visitors have access to one of the more extensive strength training selections on the market.

In addition to the gym, the facility offers sunbeds from Ergoline under the sunLIFE Rubino Beauty concept, personal training, and massage and chiropractic services. The facility also houses skincare under the brand Your SKIN, manicure and pedicure services, and a tattoo studio. A restaurant is on site for those who wish to eat in connection with their workout.

Membership is taken out via a digital registration platform. The breadth of services means that Sport & Fitness caters to a varied clientele, from beginners to more experienced fitness enthusiasts, who want access to several health and wellbeing services under one roof.
