STHLMPOLE

STHLMPOLE is a pole fitness and aerial studio in Stockholm with two locations – one at Hagagatan 16 and one at Norrtullsgatan 36, both near Odenplan. The range of classes is broad: pole classes across seven levels (PoleRookie Level 1 up to PoleGuru Level 6/7), Spinny Pole, Classique Style, Concept Pole, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Hammock, Chair Dance, Flexibility, Handstands, Twerking and Feminine Vibe – plus workshops, private lessons and hen party packages.

Classes are instructor-led and held in small groups, with a timetable covering many days of the week and a variety of time slots. The atmosphere is consistently described as inclusive and safe, with room for everyone regardless of age, gender or fitness background. Teaching is conducted in English as well as Swedish – a deliberate choice to welcome a broad and international community.

Suitable for beginners wanting to try pole dance for the first time, as well as those who already have a foundation and wish to take the next step in acrobatics, aerial or a specific pole dance style. Drop-in is available for all classes, and class passes are offered for those who prefer a flexible training arrangement.
