Stockholm CQC

Stockholm CQC is a training facility in Vasastan, Stockholm, specialising in modern and practical self-defence for private individuals, companies and public authorities. The offering covers Close Quarter Combatives (CQC) — a tactical close-combat system for civilian, police and military use — as well as Red Zone Knife Defense, a dedicated programme for defence against knife attacks. In addition to scheduled group training, personal training (PT), courses, seminars and workshops are available.

The training space at Västmannagatan 52, a short walk from Odenplan underground station, is approximately 90 square metres with a semi-soft martial arts mat and generous ceiling height — a functional environment without frills.
