Stockholm Taekwon-Do ITF

Stockholm Taekwon-Do ITF is a martial arts club in Östermalm, Stockholm, founded in 1999 with nearly 200 active members ranging in age from 6 to over 60. The training programme covers a wide range: children's groups for beginners and intermediate levels (ages 6–8 and 9–12 respectively), a youth group for ages 13–18, adult classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels, as well as dedicated sessions in Conditioning, Competition Training (Tul + Sparring), Sparring Kids (8–13 years) and Step Sparring. ITF Taekwon-Do is the classical branch of the discipline, with a focus on patterns (Tul), sparring, breaking and special technique.

Training is instructor-led in groups divided by age and level, creating a structured environment that does not feel rigid. The club's affiliation with the ITF — International Taekwon-Do Federation — means a traditional system with grading, pattern training and competition participation in, among others, Svenska TKD Ligan.
