Stockholms Aikidoklubb

Stockholms Aikidoklubb is an established aikido dojo in Stockholm offering traditional aikido training for adults of all ages. The training is divided into a general adult group and a dedicated programme called Aikido 50+ aimed at seniors. In addition to regular classes, the club organises beginners' courses, gradings, and training camps such as Nyårsläger and Aikido Summer Camp.

The dojo describes itself as international and traditional, and the teaching is characterised by Japanese etiquette (reigi) and a structured grading system. The club has a long history — over 25 years — and has, among other things, made study trips to Japan. The fact that instruction is conducted in Swedish while the club also maintains an international network makes it unusual of its kind in Stockholm.
