Stockholms Jiujitsuklubb

Stockholms Jiujitsuklubb is a martial arts club located at Västmannagatan 59 in Vasastan, Stockholm. The club offers training in jiujitsu according to the Durewall system, a method based on six core principles: decisiveness, balance, movement, softness, protection and consideration. The underlying idea is to achieve maximum effect with minimal use of force, without causing unnecessary pain or injury.

The club provides training for children, young people and adults. Members learn blocks, holds, takedowns, throws and falling technique, as well as defence against common attack situations. Training also contributes to improved fitness, strength and self-confidence. In addition to jiujitsu, there is the option to take part in judo training for those who want a more combat-oriented experience, including throws, takedowns and ground work.
