Stockholms Krav Maga Klubb (KMG)

Stockholms Krav Maga Klubb is affiliated with the international organisation Krav Maga Global (KMG) and is based at Åsögatan 153 in Södermalm. The club teaches the self-defence system originally developed by Imi Lichtenfeld and continuously refined by his successor Eyal Yanilov. The system is today used by both military personnel and civilians around the world, and is characterised by practical, adaptable techniques against current threat scenarios.

Training is structured across several levels and age groups: a children's group focusing on coordination and self-confidence, a youth group covering practical self-defence skills, and adult groups for beginners and for those who have already reached Practitioner Level 1–2 (P1–P2) or level 3 and above (P3+). In addition to the regular classes, tailored training sessions and workshops are offered for companies and private individuals.

The instructors have completed KMG's instructor training programme, which at 190 hours is stated to be the longest of its kind in Sweden. The licence also requires annual refresher training, and the club offers specialist advanced courses in areas including child-focused and women-focused instruction. Trial classes can be booked online.
