Taekwon-Do Akademin Södermalm

Taekwon-do Södermalm is part of Taekwon-Do Akademin, an established martial arts club operating in Södermalm, Stockholm. The club offers structured taekwondo training across three main groups: Mini-Sparkis for children aged 6–9, Juniors for ages 9–13, and Seniors from age 14 and above. In addition to these core groups, there is elite training for competition-oriented practitioners and a TKD Gymnasium programme.

Training is instructor-led in age- and level-appropriate groups, with sessions ranging from 45 minutes for the youngest participants to 120 minutes for seniors. Over its 23 active years, the academy has produced one world champion, three European champions and 71 Swedish champions — a track record that reflects the serious focus on competition.

Suitable for those who want to learn taekwondo in a results-oriented environment, whether you are a beginner or have competitive ambitions. Families with children from age 6 will also find a well-structured programme to develop in.
